His field experience includes coordination of field crews, pipe installation, equipment, materials, and inspections.
Andrew Strom, Estimator, has comprehensive understanding of the bidding process to include quantity take-offs, market-factored pricing, and time constraints. Andrew has extensive experience using cutting edge software programs, and he addresses three major factors in the bidding process: quantities, pricing, and productivity.
